Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once you place your order with Zenove, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Our team will start preparing your order promptly to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. We’ll send you a tracking email once your order ships, so you can stay updated on its status. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time (see details below), please reach out with your order number, and we’ll work with you to find a solution promptly.

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are processed for next-day shipping, except on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

For the most accurate shipping rates and delivery estimates, please enter your shipping details at checkout.

  • USA: 4 to 10 days | $6 USD flat rate | Free shipping over $120 USD.
  • Canada: 4 to 10 days | $15 USD flat rate | Free shipping over $160CAD.
  • Rest of World: Depending on the country, delivery usually occurs within 1-4.

Note: During collection launches, high demand may lead to temporary delivery delays.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all details entered during checkout are correct, as Zenove is not liable for delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect address details.

Customs Taxes

Additional customs duties may apply for certain countries. Recipients are responsible for any import duties and customs fees as per the destination country’s regulations. UPS, GLS, or other couriers may contact you for these payments. If you choose not to pay customs duties, your order will be returned to Zenove, and a refund will be issued minus return fees.
