IMPORTANT NOTE:

Size/Color Changes:
If you need to change the size or color of your item, email us at hi@zenoveclo.com before your order is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, changes cannot be made.
Order Cancellations: Order cancellations are not allowed once your order is confirmed.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange at hi@zenoveclo.com.
- After 14 Days: We will not be able to offer returns or exchanges.
Returns Policy:
- For Store Credit Only: Returns are accepted only for store credit.
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will not be included.
Damages and Issues:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know right away, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable/Final Sale Merchandise:
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
If your package tracking shows it has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the tracking link provided in your shipping email. Report missing packages within two weeks of the delivery confirmation. Zenove is not liable for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided is correct.
