SHIPPING INFORMATION
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are like a secret sauce—they depend on where you’re located! To find out the exact cost, just pop your shipping details into the checkout page, and we’ll provide you with the best rate for your order.
How can i track my package?
You can track your order here. Simply enter your order number or the email you used when you made your purchase. You’ll find your order number in the confirmation email we sent you.
How long does shipping take?
After you place your order, please allow us 1 to 3 business days to process it. Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled by Monday or Tuesday, depending on our order volume.
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Just a friendly reminder—sometimes couriers take a little while to update their tracking, so hang tight!
Estimated delivery times once your package leaves our hands:
- Canada: 4 to 8 days
- USA: 4 to 8 days
- UK: 4 to 10 days
- Australia: 4 to 10 days
- EU: 4 to 12 days
- Rest of the World: Varies by location—check at checkout!

My order was lost/stolen; what should I do?
We’re really sorry to hear about this! Zenove can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if the address you provided matches where it was delivered. Once it’s delivered, we’re unable to track its whereabouts.

How do I choose the correct size?
If you’re ordering from us for the first time, we highly recommend measuring your favorite garments and comparing those measurements to our size chart on the product page. This way, you’ll find the size that fits you best right from the start, ensuring you look and feel fabulous!
I received a defective product. What do I do?
At Zenove, we’re dedicated to maintaining high quality in all our products. While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things slip through the cracks—after all, we’re human! If you receive an item that doesn’t meet our quality standards, please reach out to us at hi@zenoveclo.com. Be sure to describe the issue and include photos of the defect, along with your order number in the subject line. We’re here to help you resolve it!
I accidentally put my hoodie in the dryer, and it shrank. What can I do?
We know how easy it is to mix up laundry instructions! That’s why we provide care tips on our website, in your order confirmation emails, and inside the package itself. Since cotton can be prone to shrinkage, we recommend avoiding heat to keep your garments in tip-top shape.
But if your clothing has shrunk due to the dryer, don’t fret! You can often bring it back to shape by washing it in cold water. Then, while it’s still damp, gently stretch it back to its original form—maybe with a friend’s help! This technique can work wonders.

What payment methods do you accept?
We’ve got you covered! At Zenove, we accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. Choose the one that suits you best!
Can I cancel my order?
We totally understand that sometimes plans change! However, due to the high volume of orders we process daily, we’re unable to accept cancellations once your order is confirmed. If you have any questions about returns or exchanges, please visit our Refund Policy page for all the details.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. Did my order go through?
Don’t worry! When your order is successfully placed, we send out a confirmation email along with your order number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or promotions folders. If you used Apple Pay, please check the email linked to your Apple ID as well.
Can I use discount codes on the launch day of new products?
We’re just as excited as you are for new product launches! To ensure everyone has a fair chance to snag these items, we temporarily suspend the use of discount codes on launch days. But don’t worry—your codes will be back in action after the launch! Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns. We’re here to help!
